Boca Raton, Fla. – December 3, 2020 – Jonathan Wideroff, MD, FACS, an experienced general surgeon, has joined Palm Beach Health Network Physician Groups (PBHNPG) in Boca Raton. Dr. Wideroff specializes in parathyroid, thyroid, hernia and gallbladder surgery. In addition, Dr. Wideroff is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Wideroff is on-staff at Delray Medical Center.

Prior to joining PBHNPG, Dr. Wideroff worked as a general surgeon at South Palm Beach Surgical Associates in Boca Raton and Delray Medical Center. His past experience also includes serving as the chief of the medical staff and as a member of the governing board at Delray Medical Center.

For his education and training, Dr. Wideroff completed his residency where he finished as chief resident at the University of Miami Medical Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Wideroff graduated medical school from the Medical College of Pennsylvania located in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Wideroff is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Florida Medical Association, Palm Beach County Medical Society and the South Florida Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. He has been practicing medicine since 1982.
