Vision and Dental
Too many employers don’t offer vision and dental plans these days. Palm Beach Health Network Physician Groups gives you options here too, letting you choose the amount of coverage that is right for you and your family.
Preventative Dental Plan
- No annual deductible
- No deductible for preventative services
Comprehensive Dental Plan
- Deductible is waived for preventative services
- $25 annual deductible in-network, $50 out-of-network
- You pay 20% after deductible for basic services, 50% for major services
- Annual maximum benefit of $1,200 per person, per year
- $1000 per person lifetime maximum orthodontic benefit
Our vision plan has a $10 co-pay for in-network eye exams and a $15 co-pay for materials. You may get new frames one year and medically necessary contacts the next, with generous allowances for each and 100 percent coverage on lenses.
401(k)
Tenet makes retirement planning easy. Contribute up to 75 percent of your pay up to the $16,500 annual maximum (up to $22,000 for those 50 or older). Tenet will match 50 percent of up to 3 percent of your eligible pay. You will have access to a variety of investment options. This program is managed through Fidelity Investments.

Basic Life Insurance
- Provides payment to your beneficiary(ies) in the event of your death
- Coverage equal to 1x your base salary up to $50,000

- For yourself, you may purchase life insurance equal to 2,3 or 4x your base salary, up to $2.5 million
- For your spouse, you may purchase $5,000, $10,000 or $50,000

Basic Employee Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Provides payment to your beneficiary(ies) in the event of your accidental death or if you sustain a serious injury

- For yourself, you may purchase insurance equal to 2,3 or 4x your base salary, up to $500,000
- For your spouse, you may purchase $25,000 or $50,000

Spending Accounts
We help make it easier for our employees to save money by offering two types of designated savings accounts. Health Care Savings Account
- Use these funds to pay for eligible health care expenses
- Funded by pre-tax payroll deductions with no Tenet contribution

- Use funds to pay for eligible day care expenses for dependents under age 13, disabled dependents or senior day care

Disability
No one wants to think about becoming disabled, but disability insurance can provide peace of mind in knowing that your family would be provided for… just in case. Disability insurance provides income if you become temporarily or permanently disabled. Under our standard plan, you may purchase coverage with a maximum benefit of 50 percent of your pay. Under our standard plus plan, you may purchase coverage with a maximum benefit of 60 percent of your pay.
